About Terri 

Terri Harof brings over 30 years of senior-level expertise in franchise development, sales, marketing, and business development — with a track record spanning iconic restaurant concepts, national fitness brands, and the wellness and recovery space, both domestically and internationally. Her career in franchising includes leading franchise development for Best American Hospitality, where she built the franchise sales function from the ground up during a period of global expansion, and driving significant growth at Workout Anytime Franchising Systems across new, pioneer, and core markets — generating $10.75M in franchise sales and transfers in 2025 alone, with 20+ new gym locations opening annually under her leadership. 

What I Do 

Today, through Franchise for Sale, LLC, Terri works in two ways: As a Fractional VP of Franchise Sales, she embeds directly into a brand's leadership team — functioning as a senior franchise development executive, driving strategy, pipeline, and sales execution without the overhead of a full-time hire. Current clients include Best American Hospitality, Shoney's, and 7 Pie Pizzeria. As a Franchise Sales Consultant, she represents several hundred carefully vetted franchise brands spanning the full spectrum of the industry, matching qualified candidates with the right opportunity — completely free of charge to the candidate.
